Tony killing skins in Ellicott City, MD

Hello and welcome to My name is Tony and my lifelong passion has always been playing drums. The following pages are designed to provide a visual representation of who I am and the current status of my drumming. It also serves as a unique online portfolio of my past and current work.

Live performance has been one of the driving forces behind my drumming from the early days of drum corps. Never hesitate to come by and say hello before and after shows. Even if I seem busy or preoccupied, I will always make time to stop and chat for a little while.

I started my drumming career at the age of 13 focusing primarily on concert percussion. Shortly after that I dove into mainstream progressive rock and heavy metal at an early age. Gaining core experience as a percussionist and drummer in the Jacksonville, Florida area. I was recognized on many occasions by winning top honors as a performer at District, State and Regional competitions throughout the Southeast.

After numerous local bands and countless years of amateur and professional drum corpse experience I joined the Armed Forces and headed off to the Navy. Dedicating over 6 years of my career to deployments and 4 trips to the Persian Gulf. I am currently in the Pensacola, Florida area where I am establishing myself as an in-demand live and studio drummer.

I am always looking for new and exciting projects to work on. I am currently not involved with any active bands at the moment. If you are looking for a drummer for your next project, email me at the email link below and we can set something up.

I have performed with Baltimore area bands Just A Thought!, OutBreak, Vital Verve, Tuesday Taxi, and Mystyk Harbour. Before that I held down the rhythm section for the local Augusta band Another Poorhouse Gypsy since their inception March of 2005 up through November 2007. We have played numerous shows downtown Augusta with such acts as: Jemani, Haven, Knowface and American Devils. Another Poorhouse Gypsy has also performed on Fort Gordon for military fund raisers and benefit concerts. I was also a part of the country band Kristie and the Midnight Riders. This was my first venture into country music and I have displayed my versatility by rapidly infusing technical abilities, solid time and great feel to an already solid band.

I am constantly searching for new and diverse projects to become involved with. If you would like to contact me in regards to booking a show with my current bands, or hiring me as a session player on a project of your very own, send an email to: .
